The nigger creature actually does have a smaller forebrain than higher hominids (humans). This is why the bl@ck abominoids have so much trouble with abstract thought, which is in turn why they are failures at many of the things (technological inventiveness, problem solving, keeping promises, etc.) which make successful human societies prosperous.
