LOL !! if you tell a nigger to write a will, he will think death is forbearing upon him, and resist doing the same.

That's not enough taxes. The estate needs to go to probate and have the government take as much of it as possible, in order to pay back for damages done by niggers and the cost of prosecuting their crimes and housing them and NU over the decades.

The concepts of money, counting beyond the number 7, and fiscal responsibility are too much for the nigger brain.

Honestly, sometimes I think niggers wouldn't even breathe if they didn't perceive it as an opportunity to steal oxygen from humans.

Well, in defense of niggers not having estate planning, it's not hard to distribute a jar of pennies, and EBT cards are non-transferrable.

    Supposedly.

If those wills weren't withessed and signed by a notary, it's likely they won't be valid. Don't know what the probate law is in her state, but she'll probably be declared to have died "intestate" (no will) and her assets that remain after all known creditors are paid off, will be divided equally among her heirs.

What will be interesting is if a whole buncha nappy little coons come scrambling up from underneath the porch claiming dey be da heirs too and so deys gots ta gits dem some gibs me dat.

You'd think a famous sheboon like her would have lawyers 'n sheeit who would've made sure she had an up to date will locked away in a safe in their law office or filed for safe keeping with the county court where she was a resident.
