Look at the title of the criminals, ILLEGAL immigrants. It is Arpaio's duty to arrest them because they are illegal, he was chosen to enforce the laws, once those fence jumpers are no longer considered illegal (which won't happen), then he can stop going after them. It's just common sense.

I'm beginning to think that in the libtard dictionary the word citizen is defined as a person in a country. Thus, to a libtard, a person who has crossed over illegally from Mexico to the U.S. is now a citizen of the U.S. since they are in the U.S. Wow! Thinking like a libtard makes my head hurt.
