Forum Restoration News
Obviously, our server was hacked and all information lost. We share our server so at first we weren't sure if they were after us or one of the others on the server.
When I began restoring our site, they specifically went after us and disrupted our restoration. That's one of the reasons it took our forum so long to get back online and might be the reason why we had to revert back to a file from two years ago. We are high on the hit list of sites to be hacked and attacked. Our fame brings us this attention and we are a target. Old timers on here are used to this as I am. We used to be down about half the time we were up. This time we were only down for a day, our forum however, has been down about a week. And now we have to slowly rebuild ourselves back up to where we were before.
Please be understanding, co-operative and patient. We have many bugs to fix and people to reinstate and so forth. A few questions I can answer right away:
Yes, you will have to start at zero posts. You will not get your user title 'niggermaniac' 'senior niggermaniac' etc. back. UNLESS you were a contributor. More on that later.
Yes, you will have to reregister.
Yes, your avatar is all fucked up. Reload it.
Yes, I know there's a lot of bugs to be fixed.
Yes, I know it sucks.
No, I don't need help from tech guys. After fifteen years of doing this, everyone I took up on the offer has failed.
