Depends on the cruise line. One line is now known for being niggerfied. Other, more expensive lines are amazingly nigger free.

Many of the world's cruise vessels unfortunately register their vessels in Liberia, or similar turd-whirled shitholes to avoid maritime safety, crewing, and insurance requirements. You couldn't be more right, juniorhoss. These cruises just aren't worth the many risks involved. Although I understand there are still a few out there with American flagging which still have decent standards, but you've gotta seek them out.
