The Democrats in Congress, probably niggers, are planning on denying Federal crime fighting monies to any state with a "stand your ground" law.

Scenario 1: This means that when a bunch of thrill-kill coons are raping your daughter in the living room, and you walk in and are armed, and they threaten you, you must walk backwards at attention keeping your head erect and back straight, marching in half time, until you are up against a wall. Then you drop to your knees and beg the coons to finish up and leave - and no, you don't really want to shoot them since your daughter was probably a prostitute who led all those nice black men down the paths of sin, for which you are truly sorry.

Scenario 2: A coon is on your chest just like Mr. Zimmerman and banging your head on the sidewalk. You have a weapon but don't want to stab or shoot. You would be called "rayciss" by the nigs and the news media. You plead with the coon not to bang so hard and as he lightens up a bit you fade into unconsciousness happy in the thought that they won't call you "rayciss". The matter won't be reported in the media.

I think it's election year posturing, but should this proposal actually go anywhere, I'd hope the NRA and others mount a 10th Amendment challenge as self defense is a state issue, and should this proposal actually become law and the Feds use the promise of returning some of the funds looted from us via taxes in some kind of carrot and stick ploy to over turn the progress states have made in recognizing citizen's right to personal protection, well, I can see people still protecting themselves, but I doubt they'll bother letting the cops know about it. The old rancher method of dealing with timber wolves when they were on the endanger list will come common place in the city-shoot, shovel, shut up.

On May 16 we had a cell phone robbery Attempted on the elevated railway platform around Division and Clark streets close to the northern fringe of downtown Chicago.
A coon was robbing a man when four Guardian Angels wearing their red berets and T-shirts grabbed the guy. They are trained civilian volunteers acting as unarmed public guardians. At that point a backup coon came out of hiding and stabbed or slashed all four men. The two coons then fled to a waiting car.

The Guardian angels are accepted by the city because they know the law, have police-like training, and are unarmed. In this case if four citizens stopped a robbery and the backup coon saw it, he MIGHT attack to save someone who may turn him in just to get an easier sentence. But he could also quietly split and there would be no evidence against him. However, if any of those four Guardian angels were civilians and one was armed, and the coon started stabbing them, dat nigga gon' be dead in a hurry. That nig could have killed a couple guys will well placed thrusts or slashes. We would be looking at a case of justifiable homicide.

But there is no concealed carry here so civilians are killed on the streets over trivial robberies.
