As for the OP I feel your pain. Been there done that. I've had several jobs where we had 1 or 2 nigs that acted as if they had tenure. This was in file clerk/typist office job and office setting no tenure for anyone. Nigs think they're bulletproof at work. Then again I've worked in personal injury law firms where I had to field calls from the general public. Lots of nigs called in thinking they had cases because they got fired for whatever. We never took any of their "cases." So it is possible to fire nigs and get away with it. Problem is not enough Whites know this.
