Use the proposition system to get much more stringent laws on the ballots that will (1) keep such evil niggers locked up without parole, (2) add many more years to each offense, and (3) require mandatory castration of any rapist/sexual predator, and if possible (4) mandatory capital punishment for nigger criminals.
