Three of the suspects are still on the loose. They are described as black males in their late teens to early twenties, all wearing red shirts.

They must have needed the car to go apply for jobs, to take their grandmothers to doctor appointments, to drive themselves to school, to buy food for their families, and other important activities. I'm sure they planned to return it after they filled it with gas, changed the oil, and washed it.
