This very thing is fuxating my neighborhood as we speak. I'm going to HAVE to sell my home and suffer a financial loss because of it. I'm considering moving to Alaska where it's way to cold for shitskins. Why is this happening?

Niggers are suddenly, slowly but surely showing up in my general area.

I told my wife that any remodeling she wanted to do to make our house her dream home might as well be forgotten.

Forget reworking the hardwood floors and the French Doors and the elaborate moldings and upgrades on landscaping. All of it will be a waste of money.

I stressed that she has to no longer think of this is "our house" but a soon to be nigger's nest.

That "soon to be" is not that far away.

And this area had zero percent niggers as recently as 2008.

Can't figure out what may have changed around 2008 or 2009 that suddenly niggers can afford the prices in our once beautiful area.

Detroit is returning in part to open fields and prairies where coons have laid waste civilization. Dig up the wreckage and you can convert it back to farm and forest. The same happened in Chicago where the south and west sides were leveled by coonery. The south side of Chicago got it the worst. Many ancient beautiful neighborhoods were destroyed. Indeed the cities were coonscaped into square miles of rubble. Only massive public construction and new nigger housing was able to fill in some of the gaps. It should be possible to wall off the cities, fill them with largely white populations and let the nigs fight it out foraging for food in wild berry patches.

Section 8 niggers get an enormous allowance for rent. The only upside and hope is that the landlord cares for his property, he has the option to not opt for Section 8 rentals.

Not in Coonecticut, in New Jersey existing tenants who become eligible for Section Ape must be grandfathered.

The former mayor-sow wanted a mandatory Section 8 law in Baltimore but I don't think it passed. With the lead paint laws its not worth it to rent an old home anyway, even a full lead abatement won't protect you from liability for negro genetic inferiority, and if you don't get it lead abated and registered (with an annual fee, of course) then if your tenant doesn't pay the rent you can't take them to Renters' Court.

I bought my house 20 years ago in a nice white safe blue collar neighborhood. Fast forward to today and I have niggers renting houses all around me because slimeball landlords are scooping up the forclosures from the busted real estate market and renting them to section 8 niggers. They do not care the effect it has on the neighborhood since they don't live there. Plus they let the houses go to shit since section 8 niggers don't care about the condition of the house since its subsidized anyway. The section 8 house next to me has about 10 different coons that I can count that all live there. They make it miserable for everyone for all the human beings in the neighborhood. Their has to be at least 6 different niglets running around at all hours of the day and night, with different men visiting the she boon every day. My situation really sucks right now and I will have to take a large loss in selling my house because the markets is so horrible right now and the section 8 housing brings has brought the property values down. All of the human beings in my neighborhood are in the same situation and can't sell their houses and are stuck. I would suggest to others that when the first section 8 niggers show up in your neighborhood get the fuck out as soon as you can. I waited around hoping it would get better and it never will. They are like locusts and cockroaches.

Landlords are drawn to renting to Section 8 because Uncle Sugar always pays on time.

As for buying into a solid, blue collar neighborhood, I went down the same road. The one thing that I overlooked is that the average owner was ten or fifteen years older than me, and that, as they downsized or entered nursing homes, their kids sold off their childhood homes to niggers. I am now stuck with a house in a neighborhood that is increasingly niggerfied.

In my neck of the woods (Phoenix metro area) I have seen lily white mormon neighborhoods get nigfuxated in less than two years. Niggers who used to be a thing of curiosity before are everywhere now. A nigger/coal burner couple just moved out next door only to be replace by a 100% groid couple , and a fambly of niggers and nigglets all the way from MI moved in across the street.

My mortgage is underwater, so I have been thinking of refinancing to bring myself above water and also to reduce monthly payments, but looking at the nigfuxation trend in my town I am not sure what to do. What I am hoping happens, and I can only dream, is after the Kenyan nigger loses, the new administration defunds the HUD and their section 8 programs and the niggers migrate back to their nigger holes.
