The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that minorities are drowning three times more often than their peers.

“I think a lot of it has to do with a lack of access to aquatic facilities,” said Stephen Beeson, aquatics director for the Alexander YMCA in Raleigh.

Hell they probably will pick them up at their hovels , drive them to municipal pools, and give swim lessons.

Too many nigger lottery involved, most niggers have no money to support local pool business so they sneak in, a floating turd is just enough to drive a flock of human swimmers out without returning, cesspool ends up with waterborne parasites and diseases being forced to shutdown every time, no profits for pool owners in nigger ghetto, thus less pools and access. That's where public pool comes in, of course paid by taxpayers. There always lakes, rivers, and oceans that needing more rock fishes laying on their bottoms.
