The city attorney declined to prosecute, saying not every conflict is worthy of it. No mention of race but look at the video. Law enforcement isn't even pretending to do anything about nigger violence.

I could have been a Baltimore Cop awhile back. One look at the she-boon mayor and I say hell no. What a shame as Baltimore was a great city and actually originally southern in culture as a good part of Maryland is. Now its just an ape-frica cesspool.
