I once caught Charles Murray on CSPAN when someone asked about his book stating that, given Murray's contention that many Africans had a retarded IQ, when he (the questioner) lived in Africa, the locals appeared normal while Whites with such an IQ appeared...well, retarded. Murrey's response, minus the academic gobbledegook, was that the Africans were indeed normal (for them); the Whites weren't normal and had something wrong and it showed physically.

That's true. Whites with IQs that low have some condition (Downs Syndrome, for instance) that manifests itself physically, whereas the average 70-IQ nigger does not have such a condition; he's just stupid.

Fascinating to note that, according to Wikipedia, Botswana has the stupidest niggers in Africa with average IQ of 60. Wow.
