A 75-year-old Brooklyn woman is charging that cops mistreated her when they raided her apartment to arrest her allegedly gun-toting, drug-abusing son.
Officers executing a "no knock" search warrant at Elizabeth Maxwell's Brownsville apartment at 5 a.m. July 3 threw her to the ground and held her at gunpoint as they took her son, Kenneth Maxwell, 51, into custody, she said.
"They told me to get on the floor," Elizabeth Maxwell said. "I tried to get up, but they told me, 'Don't move.'"
